Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City Scholars will not be conducting in-person interviews on campus in Urbana Champaign or holding our all-candidate networking event for the Spring 2021 City Scholars. Instead we have put together a set of virtual networking events to introduce you to this years candidates.
Step 1: Schedule your Virtual Networking Session!
In place of our in-person introduction to candidates event we invite you to schedule a virtual networking session just for your company. Choose a two hour block of time when members of your team would be willing to meet with students who are interested in your City Scholars positions. Students will sign up for short 3-5 minute meetings with you during this period.
Virtual networking sessions will be held at your convenience between November 9th and November 18th, 2020.
Step 2: Job Description (due October 31st)
City Scholars collects a job or project description for each company and/or team hiring interns. If you have not yet provided this, please upload your files below or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 3: Host an Info Session (optional)
We will schedule a short 20 minute interview with your team members and record the conversation over Zoom to share with students who cannot attend. This is a great way for students to learn about your company without needing to create new marketing pieces.

Since on-campus engagement with students is limited this year, please provide any additional promotional or marketing materials that you would like us to share with students.
