Tour of Jardine Water Purification Plant

A group of City Scholars were treated to a special-access tour of the¬†Jardine Water Purification Plant, which is responsibile for treating Chicago’s water. The plant is able to treat over 1 billion gallons of water a day and has been in operation since the 1960s.
